Great sound. Awesome set up by Total tech. Very pleased with the sound bar.

We were debating on whether to install our new TV and sound at ourselves but are convinced we made the right choice contracting an expert.

The sound bar is awesome. Love the bombing sound coming out and able to adjust for what ever you may be viewing.

The arrival was prompt. The Geek Squad had the needed expertise and setup every part of the tv and sound bar with my existing cable and hdmi connections. Rolando explained the use of the new TV and programmed my existing cable remote for seamless operation.

I love my new ROKU 65” tv Great picture and easy to toggle thru channels. Got hooked on ROKU app - watching DATELINE a lot. The delivery guys were great ! Took very good care of my tv and my belongings. They cleaned up afterwards. They didn’t leave until the entire set up was done and that I was satisfied. Tx guys

Has great sound my only problem with it is it stops working a lot and it’s not working right now I need help and getting it working again.

The two techs were respectful, courteous, professional and definitely knew what they were doing. Our system is working great.

Hanging the tv on the wall 85 inches was great but when they hooks up the sound system look out tv has never looked and sounded this good

This service was absolutely necessary for my theater setup. They provided a great service and the setup was nice. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a professional setup with there theater setup or any other setup from there products.

I was contacted well ahead of time. They set up my new TV and hooked up my soundbar system. They then proceeded to make sure everything worked. Finished by showing me how it all worked. Great job!

They were clean quick and efficient did a good job took all the packing and boxes with them the only problem was after reading the directions the sound bar should be mounted at least 2 in below the TV. They mounted it only one half inch below the tv so I had to take it down drill new holes and reinstall it now I have two holes to patch other than that all is good.

I purchased several thousand dollars of equipment from Best Buy. I followed the salesman's advice and purchased the equipment he recommended. The original installation went well except the remote was not programmed completely and AVR did not work. Another AVR was brought exchanged and was set up and there were further problems. Another visit was completed and the equipment was repaired and worked as planned. I had to then reterminate all wiring.

Installation. Would say above and beyond expectation. Installer/Michael knew what he was doing. Installation of Television being wall mounted and then being connected through AV receiver isn't a simple task . He took the time to make sure all settings were correct and that I was satisfied. Only downside was having to wait a couple weeks for this 77" beauty to come home.
