What a lifesaver for someone like me who is not a technician when it comes to hooking up my audio system. The people from the Geek squad made short work of it and did an very professional job.

Not only did they help with mounting my TV, they helped me on where and how to put my speaker that went with my sound bar.

This is the 2nd time I had this service. The geek squad agent was very professional and knowledgeable. He mad sure I knew how to use the receiver and the technology it has.

Dave, technician, was outstanding in connecting my soundbar, testing all my equipment and explaining how to use it.

Had to rerun and rehookup my Atmos setup and all electronics due to a renovation. Speaker wiring was done very neatly, i was impressed. Best looking set up i've ever had or seen!!

The Geek Squad mounted my TV and soundbar and connected everything. They were efficient and professional.

Geek squad fame out and set up and optimized my av, smart tv, surround sound. Even Told me I Had something I didn’t need. I didnt want to pay someone to set this up but they were worth it.

Computer installment less than satisfactory. Geek didn't explain anything about how to use it. I ended up having a private consultant come in and make adjustments (like hookup the wi-fi) and show me how to use it. The TV installation was satisfactory, though the agent forgot to take away the boxes . I have had satisfactory use of GS and take some of blame for computer install -- I should have asked more questions
