    Geek Squad arrived in the last 15 minutes of a four-hour window. I wish scheduling was more precise--this could influence my future use of this service. Helpful, but not enthusiastic.

    I wish we had more time. It seems as though they were rushed and didn't have the proper amount of time to spend here. Not the guys' fault. The schedule was just too full.

    Worked with existing system and new components, took extra time to make sure things worked together. Even came back to make sure remote worked with all the components.
