The Geek Squad did a great job of installing my sound system. I have had no problems with it since they left.

Had several issues but they kept after them and worked well with myself and wife each time out. Products were the issue, not service for us. I was very happy with there abilities and patience.

My home theatre set up was installed with minimal effort. The agents were knowledgeable of home surround products and installation. I recommend Geek Squad for any home surround set up.

They arrived earlier than stated in the phone conversation.

The Technician was pleasant and creative in setting up my Headphones. He did a great job. I and a friend had tried to do it, which took us hours, and to no avail!

He was perfect. Explained everthing. Made sure everthing was neat tidy, could not ask for more.

It was obvious that David Lahey knows computer products and he was extremely efficient and knowledgeable in setting up/syncing up our new laptop.

1) I still need to use two devices to play a TV program. 2) the sound and lips of a person speaking on TV are not in sync with my wife’s Bluetooth earbuds. If the Geek Squad was suppose to dress the cables, they didn’t. I would like one device to control the TV and have my wife be able to watch without me hearing the sound.

The agent installed my TV mount,TV on the wall, Receiver, link master remote and set up the sound output for the system. He did a awesome job.

The technician was on time and professional. Knew about the product I had previously purchased and what items were missing. Made sure that everything was working properly before leaving.

Excellent Geek Squad Agents were very efficient, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. They ensured I was satisfied and that I understood the changes that they made.

He let me know when he'd be here. Installed it quickly. Explained how to use it. Was patient with my questions. Was polite and courteous.

The items are great but the service I received was atrocious. I was given a 4 hour window just for them to push it back to another 4 hour window. Ultimately they were not even able to deliver the item that day and rescheduled me for another day. I was promised to be done first thing in the morning, around 7am, but the delivery didn't show up until 3:30. I then found out that I was not given the proper bracket spacer to mount my soundbar to the new 77" TV. I was then told that i could go to the store to pick up the part I needed but wouldn't you know the manager said that he could do nothing for me and his only solution was for me to purchase a new soundbar and return my current one. I again called customer services and they were able to set up a return and exchange for me. The next delivery date came and again they did not deliver the item within the 4 hour window. I was told by the driver that best buy didn't even have my item at the store, so I, once again, was rescheduled for "first thing" another morning. I have yet to receive the item I am returning and exchanging as I write this. I understand it is the holiday season but you need to do better Best Buy.

They installed my new tv and soundbar quickly and explained how to use both. They hauled off my old tv. I couldn't have asked for a nicer duo to have in my home.

The agents installed our sound bar and made sure we knew exactly how to use it before leaving. They really cared about us and were care and considerate.
