Geek squad is nice, knowledgable, guys are great, only challenge is that they hold the hand controls and do all the work, and then leave. They need to put the hand controls in the hands of the Owner, and let the Owner navigate and do all the work, so the Owner is practiced and understands the motions though all options.

the GEEK was able to work on a system that was older then he was (1978) and I can now listen to my tapes and CD's
