Best Buy has the WORST customer service where Geek Squad is involved that I have ever encountered. Now, this isn't about the technician who finally came. This is about scheduling an appointment/ no show/no communication/ you're NOT ALLOWED to speak on the phone with a store manager?????/ only to wake up the next morning to find its been rescheduled for six days later, still eithout any communication from Best Buy. The customer service "chat" site and phone agents are a total joke. They can tell you nothing about why this is happening. HORRIBLE customer service,HORRIBLE communication....I will never recommend Best Buy.

I didn't want to waste my time with trying to get my new receiver and surround sound set up along with a new remote. The Geek Squad got the job done fast.

The guys showed up and had the TV set up and running in no time. They also helped us set up some apps and showed us how to use the system. Very knowledgeable.

The price for the service provided was way too expensive!
