All of the Home Theater installation people are wonderful. It was Ludwig that installed my Sound Bar. Knowledgeable, friendly, cleaned up after himself and made sure I knew exactly how it works.

absolutely useless.... We'd already connected our tv and soundbars, but couldn't get the settings to work properly. But they showed up and said all they would do is connect the system. They couldn't do anything with the settings/configuration. When I said that isn't what I signed up and paid for, they told me that the $4,000 system we bought (which was put together by the store expert) was incompatible. Been on the phone with Best Buy for over an hour and have been bounced around to 7 different people....

Although I was only expecting the technician to give me an estimate he completed the work in this visit. However, as I did not know the cost I was surprised to learn it cost as much as it did and so inquired about the cost If I had the total tech support. He said he could not sign me up for it at that time but I could call and probably sign up for it with that visit then credited under the program. However 3 phone calls with very long wait times on hold did not connect me to supervisor as I requested. I have always found the in store customer service to be very good and the technician took care of my issues but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PHONE IS AWFUL!!! I may recommend Geek Squad but with the caveat about phone customer service. And the cost for less than an hours work was unreasonable

The technicians who set up my sound bar did an excellent job. Maalik S. did a great job explaining it to me. I do have one suggestion. The second technician who set up the subwoofer should have asked me if the location he used was acceptable. I was not brought into the decision-making of where to place it. That's minor thing to me but the location should have been discussed. However, it won't detract from my excellent rating.

So these guys came in and literally cut the holes, ran the wire across my ceiling in my 2 story house, installed the speakers... this was an all day ordeal and Best Buy did it very inexpensively! I am very happy with my finished product!!!

Thank God for the Geek Squad, when our sound bar went out they helped put the sound back on , because we had to wait for Bose to fix our sound bar. We would have been without sound, for weeks til we got the new sound bar.

The Geek techs connected all my old stereo speakers receiver, and CD player with brand new wiring in my tight office environment. The sound quality is the same or better than it was 20 years ago!

the agent was patient, professional and took time to explain nuances of the install and operation of the sound bar. He was responsive to questions by myself and my wife.
