I volunteered to help with the one wire that connected the back speakers was told that, if you pay for a service, you shouldn't have to help. It was a great experience!

Technician was professional and knowledgeable. The only complaint was the technician not returning my husband’s phone calls when my husband had a question about the technician’s work.

I was very happy with the soundbar installation. They were extremely professional and completed the task in no time.

There are higher and lower priced sound n=bars out there but this LG 5 channel mid priced unit met my needs. Affordable and buying the TV mounting bracket was worth the extra money. That way the sound bar moves with the TV.

The first 2 delivery men did not know what they were doing. They couldn't figure out how to even put the legs on my tv. Took them over a half hour to figure it out. Didn't have a clue how to hook up my sound bar!!! They stated they were appliance set up men!! Had to call for additional help and I had to come back home from work a second time to meet another technician. Thankfully Rob knew what he was doing and was wonderful. Had everything up and connected in no time and answered all my questions and concerns since my sound system had not been working properly with my old tv. Would only recommend if they send the right installation team

Geek Squad just finished installing 2 MyQ wi-fi garage operating systems. I trust all installs to these guys! They do it right the first time.

As the TV I bought did not have output connectors for my 20- year-old-CARVER receiver, I ended up having to purchase a new receiver. They came and wired it. But the set it up as they thought best and it is way too complicated for me. I do not need to be able to launch nuclear missiles in South Dakota from my receiver. I just wanted to turn on the TV and turn on the receiver and watch and listen--like previously. But the easier iteration apparently requires another HDMI cord which they did not have. Now it has to be rescheduled with an unclear time frame.

Right on time. Kurt hooked up my sound bar system. It works great. He was very friendly and listened. Very pleased. Happy with all.

The two geek squad agents that came to my house to install the sound bar. Where is friendly knowledgeable, methodical, carried about the person they were, therefore to give him or her the best installation that they possibly could. If ever in the future, I have another electronic device to be installed I will definitely request these two gentlemen.

The sound bar connection and sync with the TV was done professionally and efficiently and the sound has been great.

We appreciate the two Service Reps that came to our home today. I was unable to get there to meet them. They were patient and thorough with my wife on explaining how to operate the remote. Thank you

Geek Squad tech was on time, friendly and informative. Did an excellent job with multiple devices and brands. Made sure I understood what he was doing when asked and gave me a complete breakdown when the job was done.

Solved the problem and checked out other related issues in an efficient and courteous way. The representative was a pleasure to do business with.

If you are referring to Michael Ivy, I would award this man 13 stars. Instead of installing a new sound bar and TV, he fixed our old one -- which is what I wanted done in the first place. THEN he volunteered to follow up to be sure we received a refund. Way, way beyond what we expected!!

THE GEEK SQUAD DID A GREAT JOB WITH CONNECTING MY SOUND BAR TO MY SURROUND SOUND INVISIBLE BOSE SPEAKERS! I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY.

Our audio set up was very complicated since we wanted to use both our sound bar and also our new headphones for my husband whose hearing is diminishing. This Geek Technician, David, was amazingly skilled and very patient!! We previously had tech savvy friends come over who just couldn't solve the problem. But David insisted that there was a way to set it up and he worked really hard trying many options, for a long time, until he found the perfect solution!! We were so thrilled and we now silently thank David each time we are enjoying our new TV with perfect sound!

The agent installed my sound bar and also helped me with another problem. I couldn't access the Starz icon. HNe also updated the method for using the DVD player. I was very satisfied.

The two technicians were very friendly and professional from beginning to end and did a great job. I was particularly happy with their attention to details important to me.
