The guy’s set up my sound bar to my television quickly and also help me to download it on my phone.

There is no way I would have been able to install and connect my new home theater system myself. The Geek Squad came in and did an excellent (and quick ) job, and made it look easy. And I have not had any issues whatsoever with the system since. I don't know why anyone would choose to install a complicated system themselves, and not have the Geek Squad do it, particularly given the relatively inexpensive cost associated with the service. What I paid was well worth not having the aggravation I know I would have experienced had I chosen to tackle the installation myself . . . .

They also came and installed the Soundbar and we had a few more questions which they (gladly) helped us with. The were very patient with explaining the remote and channels we were wanting to locate on this Smart TV. They had it all set up just like we wanted.
