Chris came in and was able to transfer data from our old Mac to the new unit and he also cleaned out many files that were stealing memory. He also linked our new printer to the computer. He was extremely understanding and patient. He exuded a real joy about his job. You are fortunate to have him on your team.
He was sent to us via Mike Werner, the manager of the Lufkin, Texas store who is a brilliant, personable man.
We are blessed to have this Best Buy in our new home town having moved from San Diego.

My worst experience with the soundbar that I had purchased yes they did come and install it but i am still having trouble with it. The soundbar does not come on at the same time as the TV like it should. I keep on telling them it is because my TV has an EARC connection and the soundbar is ARC and it is not that compatible but no they tell me I'm wrong, they say it will work but when I did my research yes it will, but your will not get the full effect of an erac you will get noise. I am a good paying customer, and they cannot exchange this for me to me this is bad service. oh and another thing is that I chatted with geek squad and supposedly the chat agent was going to put notes so that they could exchange it for me and when i got to the store they told me "we don't have access to that" then why have us chat if the store is not going to have access to that. I will attach a picture, i also have videos if they want to see which i highly doubt because they don't understand, the money that was spent completely down the drain ($400.00 PLUS THE INSTALATION SERVICE). I AM NOT A SATIFIED CUSTOMER AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys just plain old rock. My first time owning a legitimate AV system based home theater so I wanted it installed professionally, Corey was answering questions I didn’t even know I had all the while being neat and mindful of cable management and placement. I used them previously to mount my tv and was impressed enough to return, even if you know what you’re doing it’s just nice to pay the cost of convenience and in this situation it’s been extremely valuable to me far greater than the cost. Thank you Corey and team.

The Geek Squad connected our Onkyo Receiver to our home speaker system. Chad did a great job in our home getting this receiver connection made to our 6 location home speaker system. Kudos also go to the Geek Squad Manager Tim in Ames. IA and his associate Dominic. Tim and Dominic did a great job in getting our home appointment set up that had been cancelled several times not by us. All three deserve 5 stars for their work in getting this appointment made and completed.
