I can't recommend Geek Squad services enough. For the price, they are unbeatable. I usually like to do everything possible myself, but there is no question that it was much better to have Geek Squad install a new TV, soundbar, washer and dryer. They immediately identified and fixed several missing components and connections, and knew exactly how to position and connect everything. It's not the first time, but I remain consistently really impressed by Geek Squad services and value.

Joel is my Geek Squad Hero! I’m very frightened by technology and using all these components really stressful for me, I would have had 3 remotes to use. Joel thought ahead and brought along two universal remotes to show me! I chose the larger of them because I could see the buttons and fingers fit better. He synchronized all three components and was soo patient with me as he explained how to use it before leaving. He even came back a few days later just to check on how I was doing. Money well spent.
Technician quickly analyzed and resolved my issue.

The Geek Squad technician arrived on time as scheduled and that is always important. He also called ahead that is equally as important and shows really good professionalism. Once here he asked excellent questions that helped him decide on action to take. Once we realized what the issue was I located the remote control that was necessary to properly set the sound bar. Once again I am a happy customer.

Grant was a great technician! I will request him for any future needs. He was patient and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. He fine-tuned both televisions and the remotes. He set up the living room remote to send signals through the wood doors on our TV cabinet so we no longer need to leave those doors open, giving a much more finished look to our room. You won’t be sorry to spend the extra money to have Geek Squad do your setup!

We bought the sanus tv mount.We decided to let the Geek Squad do the Audio set up that they offer.im sure almosteveryone knows how to do this but there are some who don't or just don't want to fool with it.I say let the Geek Squad do it they do this a lot so it's something they know how to do very well.They were professional and made it look easy to do.they were in and out in no time .They wired up audio -cable - surround sound- Xbox. Very neat and clean and took time to explain after they were done on how to make all work together.

The skill installing the sound system to the TV AND the Spectrum cable system and interfacing all of the controllers together, then training us thru showing and then having each of us show him that we understood the system and could operate it or know how to get ourselves out of trouble! This person was exceptional in his training and abilities and exceptional in training the customer and not leaving till he was sure we would do well! There should be at least 1 or 2 more stars for this Geek !!
