The Geek Squad did a great job setting up our Universal Remote! Very knowledgeable! Could not have asked for a better job!

The guys did a good job installing 4 wall mounted speakers and a subwoofer. They set everything up and tested it to make sure it worked

I bought a new Samsung (65-in.) Smart TV and felt the necessity to get a new Sound Bar to enhance the audio in my family room. Came to BestBuy and booked the Geek Squad to install the audio system since the TV was too heavy to move. The Squad quickly did the work with ease that elevated the audio quality to a remarkable level for my blu-ray movies and streaming channels, too. Had to make some popcorn, relax and enjoyed the big screen movies!

The geek squad is the absolute best...anyone would be crazy not to use thier services.

The Teck found errors that had been performed earlier by someone else, and he corrected it and installed the sound bar. The Tech did an excellent job and I highly recommend the Teck guy`s to anyone who needs help with their electronic products!

Works well, saved a marriage. Geek squad helped solved problem of hook up. Well worth the money. My husband can hear TV now.

I was lucky enough to have Agent Cory who hooked up my computer to my printer as i have a google computer now and an hp printer. He has got to be the most knowlegable Agent that they have. He makes short work of any task and always has such a pleasant attitude. I dont trust anyone with electronics except Best Buy. They are the Best of the rest. And thats a fact!!!! Best Buy will bring the products and install them. I am an electronic idiot so their help will be invaluable.

I had it all working when Rich arrived to verify my install and set up the Sonos mini subwoofer. He then went over the phone app and adjusted the sound outputs to our liking. He is thorough and is there to make sure we're happy with it.

The set up was professionally done. Sound is crystal clear. Boxes removed from our home. Questions answered. Geeks very professional.

Agent reconnected my receiver to all my items. Did awesome job.

Problem is that sound bar does not connect with every use of TV.
