    Bought this to install my Bowflex Velocore bike however ended up putting it together myself but had Best Buy Total Tech come out to make some adjustments as it had a noise. He was great - spent time looking it all over and fixed the noise and even called me back several times to make sure it was taken care of.

    Ashtyn Wilborn , Special Agent was totally Excellent in the installation of my IFIT and setting up my NordicTrack Recumbent Bike. She went above and beyond to help me, and I appreciate her very much.
