    The installation wasn't done properly. This was after they canceled the appointments 4 times and every-time they had a reason saying no tools. After installation the doors are not aligned and the blame game started. The panels have no holes can they did not install the handles. This is been and ongoing nightmare

    Installed fridge poorly, broke the fridge wheels and the we found the fridge lift screw under the fridge after the installer left, now if we need to lift our fridge it will have to be done by hand, we called complaint but unfortunately Best Buy didn't stand behind their word, never sent anyone to fix the issue. I had to press the leasst star possible, but wish I could just leave without any stars.

    Horrible crew ruined my cabinets and did not install properly don’t believe they ever installed this kind of units before ours They were watching you tube videos on how to???? Getting a different crew to install

    Horrific experience! After three no-shows, somebody finally showed up but did a horrible and incomplete job installing every aspect of our entire kitchen. Pieces were left unattached, wire were connected wrong, items didn't work, doors not level, and more. After waiting two more weeks to try to get the installations corrected and finished, I finally gave up on Best Buy / Geek Squad. Never again!

    The installation was very poor. It took 4+ hours for them to do the install. Even with 4+ hours, they could not do a proper installation, the fridge is still not levelled, and the side panel strips (for the custom built) just came off. Also, there are fingerprints all over the fridge, now I have to do the cleaning myself. They were good with delivery but they definitely didn't know what they were doing for the installation. Please do not send this crew for custom build installations.

    Worse installation service ever Very disappointed The Person who came to install the panel did not installed it. He repositioned the refrigerator though. Now the left upper door does not close well. Also since they repositioned the refrigerator every time I open the upper right door it will make the left door to open as well. The installer refused to come back when I notified about this a few minutes after he left. And know the panel installation will happen until 1/8/23. Wondering if somebody can come before to fix the door

    Rushed job causing damages to my new $12k refrigerator. Panels were misaligned, doors & handles ding and scratched up. Will update my review after the repair team comes to fix all the issues.

    This review isn’t on the service call but the product and Best Buy’s complete failure to correct the situation. The panel couldn’t be installed properly because the refrigerator door was damaged by the previous installer Best Buy sent. Doors of the refrigerator and freezer columns don’t match. I was told I’d be contacted by Best Buy because the whole unit needs to be replaced. 3 weeks and haven’t heard anything from anyone.

    Two groups of technicians came over and were not able to install the appliance as they are not qualified and experienced. No one from BestBuy followed up on the installation as the installation techs told us both times someone will be touch with me to reschedule the install. when I call in to schedule the 2nd installation appointment, I specifically requested expert team. But the 2nd team was not qualified and claim they do not have the proper equipment.

    I had the Geek Squad over to install my new Fisher Paykel refrigerator and it took them over 4-1/2 hours to install and the job still was not done correctly.

    Installers beat side panals into place left numerous dents on both sides panals popping off no return work yet

    The process of getting a dacor buildin fridge after purchasing from a BestBuy store is a nightmare. I made the order 9 months ago. In the past 9 months, BestBuy had scheduled numerous delivery appointments with me to install the fridge panels (that comes separately from the fridge) but every single time they sent the wrong people to my house and failed to do the job. BestBuy doesn't do installation themselves. They hired third-party companies to do the installation to free themselves from liabilities, which explains why they kept sending the wrong people. After 9 months of many installation appointments, the end results are incorrectly installed panels and badly damaged floor in my kitchen. I am currently getting in touch with their third party insurance company. But I have no confidence that BestBuy will do the right thing to fix the damages that they have made and compensate me for the inconveniences that they have casued me and my family.

    Install company has been out twice - second time issue couldn’t be resolved. It’s been 24 hrs no one has contacted us regarding resolving the issue. Even sent an email to store manager.

    The company did a pre survey and determined the number of people and effort to install my new refrigerator a couple weeks ago. The day of delivery, a new team comes out and they are not prepare to complete the install. I have taken off from work and lost time and money, plus I took the time to empty my new fridge only to have to put all the food back in. Total waste of time!. Pacific sales customer service isn’t open. Until Tuesday, so I can’t talk to anyone about the problem today to try and resolve it. I have to wait another day to find out when they can come out and take another day off from work to get my refrigerator installed, Poor internal communication, and I the customer, have to pay for it. Ridiculous

    Worse than poor! The installation company hired by Best Buy had little to no experience installing fridge/freezer door panels. We had to hire another company to undo their work and install properly. Horrible experience.

    Installers showed up with no panels and said they had no idea why they weren't available. I've been dealing with Best Buy for over three moms trying to get a resolution. Don't buy appliances from Best Buy!

    This was the 4th attempt to install my refrigerator. This time the refrigerator handle was missing the screws. The installers said when they picked up the items from the warehouse that the box was already opened. They showed me the open box. Also what was missing was the bracket for the bottom panel. I was advised by Best Buy that they would send another parts box that would include the bracket. The next install visit will now be the 5th attempt to complete the install of my refrigerator. Unbelievable!

    It took 10 different installation appointments to get a working refrigerator. The biggest problem is they send 3 rd party installers who haven’t been educated on how to do the job. Installers were all very nice just not knowledgeable in the product. I’m sure it’s all under the thought of saving them $$$$ but if it takes 10 times ? Hmmmm. Still waiting for the microwave
