Joe Goldenberg was professional,knowledgeable, and went out of his way to solve my problems.

The agents knew just what to do when uninstalling old and installing new tv and components.

The TV is too high for the room he mounted it in. I was doing multiple work that day with 3 Geek Squad technician and did not go back in to the last bedroom to check the height. I wish it was lower.

They did a good job of mounting my TV but the DirecTV remote control does not work on two of the TV’s.

The agent was very thorough and very professional. I'd give 5 stars, but they probably should have sent another person to help with the size of the TV.

The agents did a great job installing our 65" TV. They used our existing mount so no new holes needed to be drilled and they set up the TV and showed us how to use all the features.

will have geek squad install 7 tv's with wall mounts ,5 tv's for bedrooms,1 for wet bar,finally 65in with sound bar for living room,all with wires in wall all work guaranteed,works out great for me

The guys that installed my tv mount were very friendly and helpful. They also connected my tv to everything needed. I have never wall mounted a tv or had one this large. I love it!
