Joshua was nice, patient, and prompt. He did a very nice & professional job mounting our new TV & TV mount to the wall. He measured twice, asked our opinion where we wanted it before completing the mounting. He cleaned up afterwards & hauled the old TV away. He set the smart TV up and taught us how to navigate on it.

The Geek Squad is fantastic! They are very professional and knowledgeable. They had my new TV up in no time and answered every question I had with all the patients that was needed.

Very easy to install Works great to hand tv on a wall

My TV was not easy to mount over the fireplace. The Geek Squad brought in a specialist who was experienced for just this type of mounting. The Geek Squad carefully planned out the mounting and then efficiently carried out their plan. We love ho our TV is mounted and how well it looks.

Service agents did a fantastic job mounting a 75' TV to the wall with the TV mount I provided. They were quick and thorough with connecting and setting up the TV to the AV Receiver and Direct TV.

The guys were very polite and professional and made surety tv was installed to the height we wanted it and made sure it worked. They showed us some new functions on the tv and remote and made sure we were ok with it before they left. They took old tv out side for us and cleaned up completely after themselves.

Took two attempts because the first TV (bought as Like New, but had burn-in) and my installer gave excellent suggestions as to exactly which TV to get and which mount would be best for that TV with my walls.

Best Buy service was great. Knowledgeable and pleasant tech. Came in and set up TV and tried to help put on stand we purchased but it did not fit. Showed us how to use remote. Took all packaging and the old TV that did not work anymore.

The 2 guys that came to set up was very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions, and cleaned up the boxes , papers etc. yes would use them again for sure.

Geek Squad agent (JOE), was pleasant, friendly,and went right to work. I only had to tell him what height I wanted the TV to be (he asked), He explained what he was doing. He had to cut through 2 layers of sheet rock which wasn't expected, but he got the job done. He explained the new remote and how to get to my VCR/DVD combo, and Netflix. Overall, he is an excellent agent/worker for Geek Squad!

Dustin and his coworker were excellent. They installed my 85 inch Sony tv with ease, while making sure it was perfectly centered for the room. Dustin paid attention to all the small details and was very precise. I would recommend their services again. They even cleaned up the garbage and vacuumed the floor where they did the install. Very professional.

I had an excellent experience. The tech was timely, very friendly and courteous and well versed in his job. I had a unique mount as I was having it placed on a 45 degree ceiling slant and he had no troubles whatsoever. Very pleased!!!
