The agents took great care to mount my TV at the correct height and were totally professional the entire time they were in our home.

"Zeke" did an outstanding job of delivering, connecting and then programing our new 32" Samsung Smart TV, sound bar and connector cables for our VCR/DVD player. He also hauled away the old, bulky and heavy CRT TV that the Smart TV replaced. Zeke was professional, courteous and patient with us to review the basics of operating the TV, sound bar, and DVD/VCR player before he left. We are grateful for Zeke's outstanding service.

Your team mounted the new 75” QLED q90 Samsung TV and connected it to the Dish box. This required your two person team and they did this extremely well. Unfortunately, for my wife and me, the New TV had a power problem and I had to contact Samsung to have it replaced. Still waiting. The Geek Squad is scheduled to come back on Dec. 23rd . To hock up a new Sony receiver I ordered from Best Buy’s and just received and a Center Speaker I ordered from Magnolia Dept., but no word on the status. I did purchase the Total Tech. Package.

They thoroughly explained the mounting options available allowing me to make the ultimate decisions and then cleaned-up after themselves when they were done. The "cherry-on-top" is the install was completely free with my TotalTech membership!
