While far from a bad game, the previous two Batman Arkham games are superior in just about every way. Also, if you're interested in DLC, WB cancelled more for the Wii U due to "lack of interest" and you would have to look to the other versions of the game for more content.

I have not been playing it for very long. However, so far its pretty good. The voice acting of Batman is lacking and was better in previous games. I agree with some complaints that the game is not an open living world like advertised. The city is just overrun with thugs and criminals rather than it be like a functioning Gotham. That being said the game is still fun even though the story setup is limited. The gameplay is solid like in the previous two games. The gameplay mechanics has always been what made this game shine. I still thing the Batman: Arkham Asylum was the best entry. Since they haven't made the city's feel like a real city with normal citizens it does lack being believable. The original game had you trapped in the Arkham facility so on a smaller scale the game shines more to me. Regardless, this entry keeps me entertained and I would recommend anyone who liked the others to play this one. I got it on the Wii U since I traded in my PS3 to go towards the pre-order of PS4. I am glad I did because it cost $10 less and still has on par graphics with other consoles. I would still recommend that the developers either stop with these games after this one or change the dynamic of the games with realistic world, better acting, and new focus.

I am about 15 % into the game. The fight i had with death-stroke was amazing and epic. The controls are smooth like the other batman games. The music and story line in the best compared to othesr. Do not listen to the pro reviewer companies. They trashed this game stating that it was too similar to the other batman games in the series. However these same reviewers gives a pass to the Call of Duty series( not saying they are bad games) but they have been basically using the same formula/engine since 2004 years with a few minor tweaks. This is a great addition to the razor thin Wii U library. Also the game pad is superb. Thanks for checking out this review

I'm an avid gamer and did not like this game at all. It was difficult to get interested in and I don't believe the controls were good.

I loved this Batman game. The story is awesome! The only thing I'm upset about is that I let ratings convince me to not play this game sooner. Graphics look great. Very happy I bought it.

Very interactive game with the game pad. Make the game more challenging and fun.
