Customers are enthusiastic about the graphics and portability of the Batman: Arkham Trilogy, frequently praising the story and value for the price. However, some customers reported performance challenges, particularly with Arkham Knight, and noted the large download size. A few also mentioned occasional lag issues.

Bought this for my girlfriend so she can finally play the Arkham Series. She gets migraines from high quality graphics (anything graphically more powerful than a PS3). And this has done wonders for her. However I am disappointed at how poorly Arkham Knight runs (even though it's a miracle they figured out how to make it run on the switch). Hopefully the patch they are working on fixes those issues.

Fantastic games, dont run as well as an Xbox or PS4/5 but for a portable option and for people who don't have more powerful consoles it is a great option

The worry here was getting arkham knight to run. Impressive that they did. Its sad that youtube nerds are dissing its playability, which is casuing some people to wait or not buy. Keep in mind its a switch running a demanding game. To be honest, it runs pretty great, its no modern console, but for what it is, it does good. You’ll lose framerates when doing chases in batmobile, but i wouldn’t classify it as unplayable by any means. Great port. Was super excited for this. Don’t hesitate.

Wait for a sale but worth it for portable Arkham!

Arkham Asylum and City run and look great. If you can get this on sale, it is worth it just for those games.
However, Arkham Knight runs at a lower resolution than the other games and the textures are very muddy as well. That is kind of expected because of the under powered Switch but during the batmobile segments, it stutters so much it is borderline unplayable. Hopefully they patch the batmobile segments at least, because the rest of the issues are acceptable if not ideal.

I watched many videos and almost all were negative. I do not understand the nonsense because this game is amazing. The framerate is well, the graphics are beautiful, and overall fun to play. My only conclusion re negative reviews are dudes with zero life and no girlfriend complaining about minute details that makenno difference. If your a fan of this series get it on Switch!

Asylum and City held up well even many years after original release and both played fine and were quite enjoyable. Neither are perfect but will offer a fun experience!
The trouble begins with Knight. Switch hardware has extreme difficulties running the game. Textures are poor. Pop-In is frequent. Driving the Batmobile is a chore. The graphics have been downgraded immensely. The game isn't unplayable as some would suggest, but it is not a pleasant experience. At the time of this review a patch was not yet available which might (hopefully) help some of the numerous issues.
This compilation should not be a full priced release all things considered.

I love the Arkham series so much that when this was announced for Switch, I knew I would be buying it.
Having tried all three games in the collection, I have to say performance is the most glaring issue. Which would be expected when porting a game like Arkham Knight to a device like the Switch. However, it's borderline unplayable. Frame rate drops and stuttering completely destroy any chance at an enjoyable experience.
Arkham Asylum and City run at an acceptable level, which is why I'm giving this 3 stars rather than 1. I would've thought Arkham City would run better since it had already been ported to the WiiU, but I may be misremembering how it performed on the WiiU.
In any case, 2 of the 3 games run at a playable level, and I don't expect Rocksteady to make any real effort to fix Arkham Knight. So just keep that in mind if you're considering this for portable "Arkham" series games, which is the only reason I would recommend it to anyone.

Arkham Asylum and Arkham City are ported here faithfully and run well. Having these two classics on the go is awesomesauce. Sadly, Arkham Knight is a barely playable, choppy mess. Not sure it'll ever get patched, either. Massive wart on an otherwise blemish-free product.

I enjoy the game, It took a long time to beat it. But it is worth it. If your beat it to fast, it's not worth the money.
