Blending elements of both his Dark Knight and Man of Steel scores, Zimmer, along with Junkie XL, creates a deeply moving listening experience. Dim the lights, put on the headphones, and turn up the volume. No movie visuals necessary; just close your eyes and dream. Standout tracks: Day of the Dead — a mournful ode to B & S that plays like a companion piece to Zimmer's masterpieces Watch the World Burn and A Dark Knight from his Dark Knight soundtrack. Is She With You? — a frenetic roller coaster rush (with a refrain that is slightly reminiscent of The Edge's The Batman theme). The Red Capes Are Coming — a truly dark and eerie march of madness that sends waves of goosebumps racing up the spine.

I bought this soundtrack based on Hans Zimmer's other work. Totally love it. Love it so much I didn't even see the movie. I got everything I needed from the soundtrack.

I did not thin that they could outdo themselves with Batman v. Superman but it was an excellent movie

The music was far better than the movie. I will buy the movie on 4k for a couple of scenes though.

Very much in the same vain as Man of Steel. There are some good themes here, but John Williams had a far better take on Superman, and Day Elfman's Batman scores are the definitive musical portrait of the Dark Knight.
