The instructions said I would get the code within an hour. I bought the day before to pre load so I could play release day. It is now 11AM cst with no code and talked to 3 service reps. No Luck. Was told it takes 24 hours to recieve a digital code. Will cancel and go buy at EA.

Learn to be on time with your keys. Waste of time and money.

Almost 17 hours in and no download code. Please note, Bestbuy you've lost a ton of customers, because this is the final straw. There are so many other outlets to purchase games these days, and I will not be buying from you again. Coming from Elite CC holder. Requesting refund and I'll buy from Steam/Origin/EA Play or the 30 other 3rd party options and get the game on time.

Like other reviews, I pre-ordered expecting to have the game sent to my email at launch or at least pre-installed. Not a thing has been delivered and its been 13 hours since launch. Horrible way to deliver digital items!

Not due to the game but due to the awful support by BestBuy and their lack of ability to provision keys on time.

Purchased this 3 days ago, and still have no code. Literally just says preparing for the last day and half. Would give this zero stars if possible.

Man this is crazy if you know the codes will not or do not work just fix it dont BS me and tell me its the developers fault when this game has been availble for preorder for almost 2 months now and then when u get the code and enter it at origin it vanishes and cant be downloded….seriously best buy

Bought the game to play the pre release and put in the key into orgin and the game disappered not downloading or amytjing jusy gone.

Blamed the developer for codes not going out, yet are fulfilled via BestBuy. Take responsibility for your blunder.

Pre-ordering this from BestBuy has turned into a joke. Get it somewhere else where they'll give you the product when it's promised.

never preorder games through bestbuy. digital codes will not appear on time. get it through main provider

game is alright, has its issues but if you like battlefield you will enjoy. best buy is a total waste of your time. go buy somewhere else. they didnt get codes to purchasers until 24 hours after the games release. dont give them money

Received a code only to find out it is for bonus digital content. They didn't provide a game code.

They still haven't sent any code. Will we ever get our codes?

Take the digital code in the digital library, go to origin, click origin in the top left, "redeem product code..." works as it should. showed the error: We're sorry, we're having trouble accessing this download. Please call 1-888-BEST BUY(1-888-237-8299) for assistance. Don't let this scare you....works fine
