Hours and hours of fun. The multiplayer is one of the best and gets a lot of playing time from me.

Graphics are okay considering you can destroy everything in the game. The online multi-player is awesome with tons of vehicles to make it rain. There are tanks, jeeps, helicopters, jets, etc... My personal favorite weapon right now is the mortar when you can blast people away from long distance like the HBO mini series The Pacific. The story was kind of bland buy if you're buying this game it is mainly for the online battles. The sounds are great like the ringing in your ears when an explosion goes off nearby. A must have for shooting fans. Excellent teamwork game.

My son played a ton of COD MW3 and loved it, and never had played Battlefield before. He continues to play both but says he leans toward Battlefield 3 now.

This game is fine if you like flying planes and driving tanks. Sniper works well here. This is a slow game with average action in online game play. I was on MW3 before this game and am back on it. I like the faster action of MW3. BF3 doesn't have a problem with laggers like MW3 but it cannot hold my attention.

When I buy a game I expect to be able to jump right into it and start playing. I tried playing this game repeatedly but could not figure out what was going on. I guess this game is good if you are the kind of person that has the time to learn how to develop the unique skills required for this game.

Played both COD and Battlefield, Battlefield definitely tops COD

Great game for all people like videogames en first person

Definitely plays more realistically than compared to COD series. The environments are crazy cool. The fact you can fly jets which I still haven't gotten a hang of yet is fun. I only went a few levels into the story before I got bored. COD storylines are more enticing.

my son loves it. it is a little easier for him to play then the modern warfare games.

So I have been thinking about the release of Modern Warfare 3 and thought that Battlefield 3 might be just what I needed to hold me over until Nov. 8th. I was sorely mistaken. The game is just as different from Battlefield 2 as 2 was from Battlefield 1. They changed the game play engine and to say the least, I'm unimpressed. Aiming is VERY ANNOYING and never seems to go where you want it to right off. Zooming in doen't really seem to help much either. Once you fire a weapon, either single-shot bursts or auto, the gun jumps ALL OVER and you really need to fight to even hang on it seems. There is really only one thing good I can say about the game and that is that someone finally figured out how to make the 3D animated characters have realistic looking mouth movement when a character is speaking. That is about it though. The levels take eons to load and that only adds to your frustration when a NPC caps you within 2 seconds of starting the level. As far as multi-player goes, I can't say. I thought I'd ease into multi-player after going through the solo missions. In the end I really don't know how far I made it through the solo game but people be on the look out because I will be putting this lame title on e-bay or selling it back to Best Buy for money down on MW3. Waste of time and money, impatience got the better of me, don't make the same mistake I made.

Different than MW3 and that is exactly why I like it. Different strokes for different folkes. You want a good military shooter this is one, just don't expect the MW3 experience and you'll be satisfied.

one of the best of all time and way better than call of duty mw3. i would pay more than double the price for the game because of the value.

Modern Warfare this and COD that.......shut up. Battlefield 3 is a great FPS and is superior to all the others.

Way too many glitches in this game! Poor support from EA! Try to log on to EA site and its like a broken record, it keeps sending you back to register.... really!!?!?! PROs: big maps, can fly and drive anything.... well, can try to fly - extremly hard and impossible to learn since several people have hacked in and got to level 50! CONs: Several - game freezes up, the jets stall and crashes for no reasons, trying to snipe and hold breath causes the player to slide around!?!? Can use knife to cut through a fence, but cant shoot someone on the other side of it.... REALLY!?!?!? Tanks tend to slide around for no reason?!??! Good luck trying to fly the helicopters! Whoever designed that should be taken out and beat to within an inch of life!!!!!!!!!!!!!
