Horrible on carpet!

Very entertaining - for a short time

Keep in mind this item is not for young children as it is fragile and the head will fall off on occasion due to impact with wall, etc. Hologram, is not actually a hologram but is fun to record and watch on my iPad. Overall good purchase. I recommend it.

Although description of hologram image only viewed through phone and not projected from bb8 is less than expected. Still a nice item for a grown up who remembers seeing original 'Star Wars' movie at least 12 - 20 times in theater.

The only draw back, you need to have an extra old phone,iPod or iPad, to make it the primary controller for BB8. If you don't, then you have to use your everyday mobile, as the controller. Anyway, I definitely recommend the product. Lots of cool features.

Awesome little droid

Its some pretty good fun and it looks just like the droid too. He's quite durable and can take quite a beating. If your a starwars fan you should definitely consider this.
