    For the most part, I am very satisfied with the Geek Squad, and more specifically, the in-home service. These guys really know what they are doing, and I feel I am getting my membership's worth.

    It wad such a pleasure with Matthew Tito and his partne. Tyey psid attention to details and made certain that I understood everything before they lerft. They assisted in finding the right protection package for me and I'm confident shouldni ever need anything the Geek Squad, as a whole, will be available!

    The walk through was great but the issue i had was the scheduled install and the lack of communication which had nothing to do with Caymen.

    Misinformation and No Follow Up!

    Initially we were very happy with the in home consultation. However, we we're advised that we had 45 days to contact Best Buy if we had any concerns with the TV. We were also told that our Consultant would follow up with us 30 and 60 days after the installation. As it turns out, our 65inch OLED TV panel was defective in less than 45 days. Then we were told by Best Buy Total Tech Support that we only had 15 days not the 45 days as discussed during the in home consultation. However, the consultant, Kiron, could override it since he was the one who said we had 45-days. It's most unfortunate that Kiron nor his manager would return any calls, emails, etc. nor was there any follow up after installation. We will not use Best Buy again for this reason. Very disappointing after spending thousands of dollars at this store over the years.

    Service never performed.

    This service was never provided yet I was charged for it. I want a refund. The tech did try to set up my printer but the printer wi-fi was broken so I guess I have to pay for trying even if it fails. I left 3 messages for the tech who promised to hook up a new printer but never got a return call. Not very fair.
