I looked online and I got the best deal. The Barbie is good quality and very pretty. I recommend this item if you need to buy in bulk.

Legs are hard plastic that don't bend and arms are rubber material that can bend. Head doesn't tilt, only turns side to side. I guess this quality is to be expected for $5. Makes a good tub toy or pool toy.
