Funny movie and some good bette midler songs to boot.

Good for a girl's night in or for a good cry. Not one I would watch over and over, but a good one to have in your collection.

I didn't know it was going to be a voice over of Gary Mashal talking thru the whole movie. All I wanted do was see the movie which I got on ebay. I did love the movie. The bad rating was because of the voice over and not the movie. Sorry Gary I just wanted to see the movie I had been waiting for years to see the movie. I will watch the movie again with the voice over soon.

This movie is my all time favorite. I've seen it probaly seen it over 50 times. Bette Miller & Barbara Hershey acting is great! Defianly have a few tissues next to you! I'm not a movie crier but this movie gets me every time!!! Love Love Love this movie!

Totally love this movie for so many reasons but mostly because it shows what true long friendship is all about. I have a friend which I have known her for more over than 30 yrs, and I would trust her with all that I have including my kids!!! This is a great gift for a BFF, which btw, I did give it to her and we both loved it!!!

Gorgeous song by Bette Midler, who turns it a spirited performance. Syrupy plot line that is a guaranteed tear jerker, but somehow it works when you just need pure escapism that leaves you feeling wrung out and in touch with your more human feelings at the same time! Worth a Friday night curl up on the couch with a pint of ice cream and a couple BFF's.!
