In Beast Machines, it takes place after the Beast Wars and the Maximals arrived back on Cybertron, but they don't know how they got back to Cybertron, why they can't remember, and why they can't transform. Optimus Primal finds Rattrap, Black Arachnia, and Cheetor, but figures that finding his friends again was no coincidence. After they head underground, they discovered an ancient artifact called the Oracle. The Oracle reformatted Optimus Primal, Black Arachnia, Rattrap, and Cheetor into their new bodies that they call technorganic. They learned how to transform, meet new friends, deal with the new enemy that they call vehicons. They also discover that the Predacon leader Megatron is still alive and they want to know what happened to all the Cybertronians on Cybertron. It's a great show and the kids will definitely like the way these transformers transformed.
