Pro's Bluetooth connection is super simple. The styling is good and fit and finish are what you would expect of the price point. The sound quality is good. There is decent separation between the highs and lows and the bass is solid for a relatively small driver. The sound is much better when plugged in and the volume is louder. Con's It requires 6 D-cell batteries. I would have thought that it would have been a rechargeable built in. 6 D-cells in series means it operates at 9 volts of battery power. The AC adapter however is rated at 18 volts, which is why it sounds so much better when plugged in. It will be great in the summer for back yard grilling and also camping.

This speaker unit really cranks out some serious sound. These portable units have really come a long way in terms of the power. Very clear and a perfect amount of deep bass. Sounds similar to a midsize sub. With the amount of sound this little gem produces I rarely find myself turning on the big system anymore.

I love this speaker, it has great sound. With the capability to be portable, you can take it anywhere. Love that it is bluetooth capable so that it wireless.

The sound is amazing but when using bluetooth I hear occasional popping sounds. When I use the aux connector, all popping sounds are eliminated. My only wish is that it should have came with an internal rechargeable lithium battery. It eats up regular batteries! The negatives are minor so I would still recommend this speaker at the sale price of 250.00 but not for full retail price.

This is the best boombox on the market. I went to the store and I searched and searched for the best music player that I could either use with my Bluetooth or with an aux cable. I paid $199 and this was by far the best one I heard for the right price. The bass and treble sound so good it is perfect, this is amazing. And I did not need to spend $300

My only thought is that it's quite expensive, but honestly it sounds really good and if you have the money I feel it's worth the buy. Very modern looking and you can connect it with your phone (bluetooth) or computer and jam away!

Great compact speaker with boosted bass. Room filling sound with no distortion. Seamless Bluetooth connection every occasion. Used as soundbar for flat screen in my sons room. White was cheaper than black color.

Has an awesome sound. Like everything from Beats, very expensive. Better sound than my portable Bose speaker. Biggest complaint, it does not come with a rechargeable battery like the Bose system. Requires D batteries. Don't know the length of life yet, have used it mostly plugged in.

Awesome sound, my only issue was with the portability factor. Meaning it doesn't have a rechargeable battery like most other Bluetooth speakers this one requires 6 D batteries which die out fairly quickly. But the sound quality is at max when using plug in power. Awesome speaker for an at home speaker but not for portability.

I got this at an awesome mark down. It was an open box item. Paid 149.99$. We put it in the bathroom for music when showering and getting ready. It works well. But not great. The blue tooth works good even from the other room. The sound quality is not what I expected for the price.

This portable speaker gives off a great sound and is small enough to carry along easily.

Bumped enough for a large room to have a party, took it out on the beach with batteries and I was disappointed, not loud enough for a beach party. Really good bass, batteries vs plugging it in is different, you get more sound and bass plugged into the wall, you get what you pay for, the $300-400 price range is what you get out of the speakers, if you want to have a beach party. Get concert speakers.

I use this unit mainly for my yoga classes. Much of the music I play is acoustical, multi-cultural, ethnic type. So hearing ALL of the instruments, plus vocals of many different languages so emphatically, enhances the entire class experience.
