Customers are saying

Customers regard the sound quality, fit, and comfort of these headphones as excellent features, with many praising the bass response and lightweight design. Positive comments also highlight the tangle-free cord and stylish appearance, along with the convenient carrying case. However, some customers find the price to be a significant drawback, and a few have experienced issues with volume and microphone functionality. Overall, the positive feedback on the audio quality and comfort outweighs the concerns about price and occasional technical problems.

Like overall sound quality and noise canceling for earbuds. Wish the company would make their earbuds to take a little more stress. I am hard on earbuds.

Great sound, love the flat cord! Got them on sale before Chriatmas, and ended up buying 2 more pairs as Christmas gifts. Perfect gift for guys!

The Beats 2.0 is a big step up from the longer and heavier 1.0's and the sound does sound more balanced. The design is top notch and the sound is good, but the earpieces need some work. They seem to be not as soft as some of the other eartips (sennheiser, sony, klipsch), but the good news is that these eartips do fit on to the beats headphones. Depending on your ear, the headphones might fall out. Unfortunately for me, they do. The left one falls out more, possibly because of the weight of the control button and the earbud can't support it. The "ear wings" do help but you need to get used to them.

I like these head phones better then the ones they made for apple phones. More bass, and cannot hear outside noises just music!

These little guys produce a very big sound. They have really great bass coverage. I feel like they are slightly over priced however.

The bose tour in-ear head phones sound good and look very nice, great design. But I also found them falling out of my ear too easily even with the different ear bud inserts.

They sound and look great. I don't reccomend these for active use such as working out or running, the remote will eventually go out.

I went through two pairs of Klipsch S4's in a two year period, and I decided to try the Bose IE2's for a little extra money. The Klipsch S4's were okay, but they were missing something... Bass!!! I stuck with them until my second pair took a dive. I purchased the Bose IE2's, and was disappointed with the design. I decided to return the Bose IE2's, and shell out a little more money for the Beats Tour 2.0 ear buds. Best decision I have made in a while. The sound from these are great and the bass is demanding. I've heard bad things about the inline controls but I have yet to have a problem with that feature. Glad I waited for version 2.0 to release. Highly recommend them.

    Best ear buds I've owned

I bought these based off of reviews and wanted to get some higher quality buds so that I wouldn't need to drag my bulky noise reduction headphones on the airplane with me. I also like to listen to my iPad while working out, and you don't want headphones for that. After a month, so far, so good. They've got good sound quality for ear buds, and they seem to be made well. I'm really hoping they're more durable than the $40 pair I last owned which developed a broken wire or short and are completely worthless.

They're great! I would buy another pair in a heartbeat! The bass in these buds is awesome! The flat cord is sweet. The only issue is that they tend to fall out during workouts. Other than that I have no complaints!

So far so good with these. I have a pair of the Beats Solo over the ears and loved them, but wanted something smaller for working out and working around the house. So far I have had no problems with them. Sound quality is great as long as you use the correct fitting ear pieces. The price is a bit high, but I guess for a good set you gotta pay. Got the Geek squad warranty though based on some of the reviews just in case and Best Buy is always a class act in customer service.

These headphones work very well. Sound is crisp, lows are excellent, but, and there is always a but, make sure you buy the insurance. Lasted 5 months and they fell apart, granted, they were used every day by a 14 year old on the train, but they should last longer than that. Brought them back and received a new pair...lets hope these last longer, if not, i have the insurance....

Looking for A Great Set of Cans!!!

I love these cans! My other high end headphones simply could not compete on the bass or depth of sound quality - I look forward to putting these on very time. Okay so if your an audiophile and money is not an issue for you because you're a baller, you can find better cans but you will need to spend a lot more money to find the same base and depth. By purchasing a cheap app called Can Opener, you can clean up any deficiencies and turn these into an amazing tool to enjoy sound. What you can't fix with an app is bass and sound depth, so for me this is the best choice. I also added some aftermarket foam ear pieces to keep the earpieces from falling out. The stock plastic ones would work their way out over time.

    Overpriced and pitifully average.

Very average, overpriced headphones. I can not recommend these. They sounded average & did not excel in any particular genre that I listened to, including rap, r&b, country, classical & pop. For $150, you'd expect more. Beats By Dre is relying solely on it's name to sell headphones to the masses. I can not begin to tell you how disappointed I was in these. The secure-fit tips are a very nice addition, but the high price and average sound should deter a ton of potential buyers. Check out my review on YouTube (http://youtu.be/C8zlHOfVS6U).

I didn't want to spend the coin but after replacing my JVC ear buds every 3 months and passing my Bose to the Mrs, I thought I'd bite the bullet and give them a shot. Boy was I surprised! I got durability, functionality, and excellent sound quality. I've used them in my iPhone 4s, then a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, MS Surface Pro 2, and MSI GX70 gaming laptop. They have performed superbly in all devices. I also ride a motorcycle and I get protection from wind noise while damaging my hearing (lol) from the volume. I can be a bit of a bass head at times and Tour buds deliver! Buy with confidence and get the warranty! I used it twice due to my own clumsiness.

People like to rag on Beats for putting out expensive products that are just for show and I couldn't disagree more. I bought these after returning a pair of Bose in-ear headphones in the same price range and they just seem to have a fuller, richer sound than the Bose headsets.
