Great item, purchase this as an open box and it came in excellent condition but just in case of any unforeseen issues I purchase the protection plan for $20. The sound quality is great look forward to using this daily.

I must say, good speaker but way too pricy for the quality.

I ttried for an hour to place this order but the web site kept me in a loop. When I finally got to the pay page, I entered the credit card number it denied it but wouldn't let me in to check to see if I entered a number wrong. never gave me a confirmation number so i figured it did not go through,. then I get an email from the credit card company to call them. I told them not to put the charge through but they did anyway and after asking my daughter to order it for me I ended up with two items. It is now in dispute.

hopefully it works great. i bought the open box to save $70. if not then i will just buy the new in box instead

I wasn't sure if the Beats speaker was worth all the hype surrounding it or worth the hefty price tag but it is! I bought this mainly to use on my bike. I bought the bike attachment for $20ish and I ride with it. I honestly have nothing negative to say about it. The sound quality is awesome. The battery life is equally great. It is small and compact so it doesn't get in my way on my bike. Overall, this gets an A+ from me. Plus, I just ordered another one in blue because my husband keeps stealing mine for the construction site.

This is a good little item for work or a small room. Get the bigger one the pill xl for better sound.

My husband had been looking at this item on Craigslist right around the month before Father's Day and I saw this refurbished one on BestBuy.com. He loved it plus I got a two-year warranty thru Geek Squad!

I went into my best buy and purchased a beats Pill with an associate and she had it mailed to my house now just so you understand the rep never advised me i was buying a used product so when i received the Pill I was surprised it was in very poor condition. The pill had someones initials across it with a black sharpie it had dirt all over it like it had been drop in the dirt and then it had large dents all over it. this is not the worst part. i went back into my local store and tried to return the item and advised that i was disappointed in the product that i would not think this was geek certified and i didn't know it was going to be used in the first place so the rep looked over the Pill and the box and went to a manager and came back and said i cant return this because the serial numbers don't match so i dont know if you just put this in the box and tried to return it!!! WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME so not only do you send me this now your telling me i am at fault and i am trying to swindle you!!!! WOW BEST BUY NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REFUND AND I MAILED BACK THE PRODUCT!!! not a happy long time customer you have here but, i am hoping you best buy make this right very soon!
