I really like my headphones, just wish they were cheper, took some saving!

Excellent headphones for modern music. Noise canceling iis not great.

I would rate the Dr. Dre executive earphones an 8 on a 1-10 scale.

I bought these for my son for his birthday because it was the only brand he wanted. He hasn't had these quite 6 months and we've already returned them once because the sound quit coming out of one side of them. Thankfully I had bought insurance so it didn't cost me anything!

My son picked these for his birthday gift this year. He loves them. He does not leave home without them!!

These headphones are like the Studios and Pro's combined. The design on these is excellent. I sold my Studio's to get these because I never was a fan of the whole plastic feel of the Studios. They sure don't feel like $300 headphones. These headphones do though, they are made from aluminum and are much more comfortable. They are easier to fold up, and come in a better case. The conservative design also translates into the sound. The bass isn't as deep as the Studios. But that doesn't mean it isn't good. The music sounds clean and the sound is great. The bass is there, not to worry. The sound leak is so much better than the Studios. Overall, you can't go wrong with these Beats. They are simply the best looking. The sound is great. 2 gripes. I wish they came with a black cable, luckily I held onto the one I had with my Studios before I sold them. And also, the noise cancellation has an annoying hiss. If you have your volume at 60% or higher, you'll be fine. Any lower, and trust me you'll notice it. I never have my music that low though so it is not a concern for me.

Love it! Play my guitar and bass with the amps, sounds amazing! Get it! Wish it was cheaper though...

I have used Bose for the last 10 years and after they have just worn out, I thought I'd try those really "cool" beats... Wow, what a let down. Opened the box, found them to feel a bit heavy and the pivot joint felt cheap/weak. Plugged them into my iPhone and heard a high pitched tone above the music. It was present as soon as they were plugged in. If that wasn't bad enough, I went back to return them and Best Buy told me I was returning them too soon. I would have have to come back later. Have you ever heard anything like that? Crazy!!
