    These sound great. The noise canceling works well however they come with 3 ear bud cushions and all 3 hurt my ear and fall out at random moments. They only last a few hours based on your mode of listening in either NC or ambient sound. The left ear intermediately goes in and out. I expected more quality of a Beats product. I will be returning these.

    The product came in faulty, with one earpeice not working, however after working with best buy ive managed to ship it out and get the product replaced, it took around two weeks and two shipments however the product is good and works well.

    I switched to these from the Apple Airpods Gen 2, the sound quality and the battery life are great but I can’t get over the feeling of the rubber piece that goes into your ear.
