Im learning that frequent usage causes the headphones to lose battery quality. I use my headphones very frequently and i have had them less than a year. The battery only last for less than 20 mins. Same thing that happened to my other beats.

It didn’t sound as good as the AirPods and not only that but they would not stay in my ears. I just couldn’t spend that much money on a product that just didn’t work for me so I had to return them

Twice at the Rancho Cucamonga store then 1 at the San Bernardino store. Issue: Of 2 sets the right ear buds was not working? The 3rd set the left ear bud was not working? I spent some time on doing steps that's recommended from (Youtubers & Online forms) with (No Resolve)! Such a known brand, to have issues like this is pretty much not acceptable. More with this type of issue that has been on going for some time now. I do not recommend this product. However, you can try you luck on getting a good pair? 3 Times was a deal breaker for me!

I could have lived with the sound quality if it weren't that they were the most uncomfortable headphones I've ever had. I've never had an experience where my headphones hurt me but after maybe 20 min of wearing these they were extremely painful for my ears. Everyone's experience with headphones is very unique because everyone has different ears so it may be fine for someone else just not for me. Will be returning these.
