Connectivity issues

First pair I bought, one of the earbuds didn’t work at all. It wasn’t connecting to the case or registering it was in the case or being used. Exchanged them for the same type and then the headphones were disconnecting every time they were in use. They would connect when the case was open, as soon as you closed the case it disconnected. Thought it was user error, went to geek squad and they informed me it was the beats. Safe to say, will never buy another pair of beats in my life.

If tou have small earholes, these wont work. From now on I will be purchasing overthe ear hesdphones and they certainly wont be NosI Bose! too much daggone money wasted!
