Great noise canceling and excellent sound. However, the volume levels are not adequate in my opinion. I’m not hard of hearing by any means and anything below mid volume and forget it, it’s too low. Quarter volume and nothing….returned and went back to Apple Pros. I have to say the volume seems a little low for the pros as well compared to my last set which were awesome. I would hate it for anyone with hearing issues. I’m sure some idiot somewhere blamed the volume levels on hearing loss and started a lawsuit, now we all suffer…no common sense!

Great fit, sound quality, and app support. Can't say enough good things about these. Super secure fit, which is a big plus compared to other brand earbuds.

I have been trying different earbuds (all the major brands), until I found these new Dr. Dre - Beats. I use them on a daily basis with my Apple devices -MacAir and iPad- as well as my phone -Samsung-, I am extremely pleased with the performance.

Very good headphones, have bought a 2nd pair after I lost the first. Can be uncomfortable to wear for a prolonged period. Having had AirPods and Airpods Pro I prefer these

The noise cancellation is fantastic but they're uncomfortable to wear in the ear for too long. Also while jogging they tend to come loose and fall out after a little bit so that's annoying to deal with. But the sound quality is great

Works great for the most part. It does disconnect at times and won't connect back till I put it back in the case. Annoying for sure, especially when on a call.

Great sound. I had the powerbeats pro and I wanted an upgrade. No regrets at all.

the ear pieces constantly came out while walking around. Sound was good but they did not stay in place. Could not get a good fit with ear cushions provided.

I’ve always struggled to find a pair of wireless headphones that would fit my ears, not fall out during exercise, and be comfortable for long listening periods. These headphones fit all those criteria plus more.

I had to seal out two sets before I recorded one that both ear buds worked. This makes ME worried about the quality of the device

Purchase was easy and arranging delivery to my house was easier. I love my Beats for their noise reduction and ease of connection to my phone.

They are good but I prefer the ones that go around the ear. These fall out but they are good at noise canceling

Nice earbuds but i have a android some features i was use to with galaxy earbuds beats don't have. The case can't be used with power sharing. It was my fault for listening to a apple fan boy.

I went from air pods to these. I like them but some times my the freeze on my phone call where the other person can hear me and it ends my phone call.

I love them, they don’t fall of my ears like regular AirPods and have all the iOS features I want. Best investment! Bass is and sound quality is amazing!

Zero rating, I bought brand new item , box is in grey and pods are black. When I ask them how did they swapped , the store took my phone without telling me the reason why, went to Bluetooth settings , tried to connect the pods to check if I replaced the items and tried to blame me. Finally, when none of the items connected, they agreed to return. After this insult , it’s a permanent good bye to Best Buy. I don’t think that guy can dare to take any American woman’s phone without telling the reason or asking permission.
