Fits comfortably in my ears for hours. I use these 12hrs a day and it’s very comfortable. The sound quality is top notch!

Go With The Air Pods Pro.

As far as the noise canceling?… There is none. Lots of crackling and connection issues (iPhone 13) when I’m out walking listening to my audio books. Sound quality is good as long as the other mentioned issues are not present. Battery life is better than my iPods Pro…too bad the best of both can’t be combined…if I had to choose between the two, I’d have to go with the Air Pods Pro.
