Beats my ears hole

I can not sleep with these, and after 20 mins my ear canal hurt regardless of the earbuds size selection. They all hurt . I don’t wear for long periods of time

Best Buy won’t help me because it’s been 18 days

Plus, they hurt my ears. I constantly have to adjust them. I have tried all x3 ear pieces

Sound amazing! Clear and full with an easy connection to my iPhone. Doesn’t mean much to me if I can’t tolerate to wear them longer than an hour.
