After swapping out all the ear plugs the buds still didn't stay in my ears

while the sound quality is nice, i did have a few issues with these before i got fed up and returned them. 1. the size: if you have small ears like me, please do not waste your money. they're super uncomfortable/painful and the "flex tip" didnt even stay in my ears. its bulky and no matter how much you adjust it, it'll still fall out. pretty ironic they named it "fit pro". 2. the button: beyond annoying. if you even slightly try to adjust them, it'll trigger something. i had to change the settings to "tap twice to end call" because it REPEATEDLY ended my phone calls. sleeping with them in was a nightmare(i bought them bc i need noise cancellation while i sleep, so that sucks). if i laid my head down too hard, it would switch from noise cancellation to transparency mode, or play my music. 3.the case: I spent 10 minutes struggling to put them in the charging case and its way too big to be carrying around everywhere. i was so excited to try these out, but i would not recommend this (especially for smaller-eared people. PLEASE dont ignore the ratings about how uncomfortable they are like i did lol). ended up exchanging them for the sony s buds, which was cheaper, comfier, fits better and has better noise cancellation :)

This product is amazing the sounds quality is great.I would recommend this product to anybody. Going to by three more pair for my children thank you for a great gift

Not for workouts, they fall off your ears easily, I like the noise canceling but still looking for a good pair of headphones that don’t fell off

It’s okay. The range from earbuds to phone is weak. I was expecting something better. Could have been cheaper for the quality.

Don’t stay in your ear while running around or doing housework

Honestly they feel like airpods with a beats logo on it, and not in a good way. Expected better

These are good for sound. But the fit isn’t great and the noise cancellation in comparison to the competition is poor. I really wanted to like these but the just didn’t work out.

Couldn’t stay connected to iPhone and was told others couldn’t hear me

I was disappointed w/these, however they may be great for somebody else. I could never get them to fit right & they always hurt even the small size. If I didn’t try to make a deal w/them they would fall out of my ears.

It fits well and stays in place with the ear bud. The bluetooth was great no breaks in connection, it is easy to get set up with samsung phone.

The sound is great if you are listening to music or whatever.... But hello are you there... No one can hear me clearly no matter what I change about the settings. I returned them.

Didn’t really like how they fit in my ear, despite the “wings” they didn’t really fit right

Could not get them to work when I placed them in my ear. The first pair wouldn’t connect then only one of them would connect with the second pair. I ended up returning them. So disappointed.

Just bought them today and the left ear but won't finish charging and won't connect via bluetooth. Tried all the reset tips and no luck. Definitely do your homework on these, there are a ton of posts online where people have the same issues, some get it day 1, some get it later. I'll be returning them tomorrow.
