The sound is amazing. Not great for calls. I can never hear my wife. It’s like she’s far away

These were purchased as replacements since the pair purchased earlier this year was stollen out of desk at work. They were loved so much I immediately bought pair. The find-my feature has been useless.

Eh, sound quality could be better. I have a cheap $30 Amazon pair of earbuds with better quality sound and noise cancellation.

The buds cant seem to stay in my ears. It falls out easily and I have to adjust them often. I have to clean it daily. But the sound cancelation is excellent.

They were great until I ran without a hat/headband and they kept falling out. I’m lucky I didn’t lose one.

Came home went to charge the buds. The left ear would only charge to 75%. Left it plugged in all night. Placed the buds into my ears. The left ear bud would not work even with a 75 % charge. Tried all the trouble shooting nothing worked. Just returned them.

Upgraded from first gen beats and the noise cancellation on these is amazing!! Beats my AirPod pro any day. Super comfortable and these are now my go to for meetings as well as music.

I perfer Airpods over these. They aren’t as comfortable and don’t cancel out the noise. I’ll use these as a backup pair.

The Left ear bud never worked properly, I have yet to take them in for a replacement

Good sound but not very comfortable. Ears were always sore after wearing, even with smaller buds. Integration with iOS was great but not worth comfort issues. Bass wasn’t as good as expected.

So I own 2 sets a black pair and white pair. Recently I’ve notice every time I go to gym one ear bud constantly disconnects, reconnects, then eventually both cut off. Doesn’t matter which it happens with both. I’ve tried hard resetting phone and beats headphones. I’ve even tried resetting Bluetooth and reconnecting. Issue is reoccurring constantly. Never had the issue with Beats Pro only the Beats fit pro.

Got myself a pair 6 months ago and they work excellent!! My wife has a phone case this color purple and its gonna match perfectly!! Cant wait to see her expression come X-Mas time.

These didn’t stay in my ear near as well as AirPods, regardless of the size I tried. It would be impossible to run with these

When it comes to audio this is a great product but this only lasted me for only 2 months. The rubbery hook easily broke and there’s no easy fix for this not even a replacement part unbelievable.

Right headphone will not charge, even when they were brand new, after abundant research I found out it’s a super common issue with no fix, there’s a 1% chance the right one is actually charging when it’s in the case so more often than not when you open it the left is at full and the right completely dead.

Did not really like them. Sound quality not very good and they do not work well with Android only apple.

Although the sound is good the fit is extremely uncomfortable its like im in pain before i put them on

I was a bit hesistant at first. But but the buds sound pretty good. They pretty boomy/bassy. But they have a button and everytime i push them back on, it pauses the music.

Not worth the money at all. Average sound, bad battery life. Terrible connectivity with Samsung.
