Works ok, but sometimes doesn’t connect to phone when button is pushed. Could be operator error. Battery life is good. Misses calls when on another call. I think the volume is too low.

I use these for sleep. I'm a side sleeper so I put one earbud in the ear that is up. It has surprising sound for what it is. My only complaint is that without an active playback occurring, the earbuds will eventually power off during the night. Obviously that's problematic for having an alarm in your ear only. This is my second pair. The first pair eventually succumbed to abuse. Overall and very pleased with them and would order them again.

I love Beats! I’m not a fan of AirPods or the ones that are completely wireless because I will lose them! These are comfortable sitting around my neck. When they are hanging, they stay put. They have never fell off. The sound is great, exactly what you would expect from Beats

Here's the deal...I had been through two pairs of BeatsX - they generally last about 2 years each. When my second pair went out, I got online to order my third pair and was incredibly disappointed that they stopped making them but replaced them with the Beats Flex. BIG EYE ROLL!
I struggled with these things the first month because I thought that the BeatsX were perfect, so why fix perfect? After a month of usage, I realized the BeatsX weren't perfect and the Flex was their attempt to fix the things that I didn't know needed improved. From a daily user, here is what I can tell that is different...
1) Battery life is much better.
2) Answer the phone is easy, just remove from magnet and place in your ear. BeatsX required you to remove magnet, place in your ear, and then press the answer button.
3) Music starts and stops automatically, based upon what you were doing previous, just by activating the magnet. It's so user-friendly. BeatsX didn't have anything like this.
4) The location of the on/off and volume buttons are in a location that is so much better than the BeatsX - a little closer to your neck.
I do have one feature that I feel the BeatsX is superior to the Beats Flex. The lightning cable vs. the USB-c port for charging. I guess Beats is trying to make this an item that users of other phones and equipment will want to buy for their system. WHO CARES ABOUT THOSE USERS!?! BeatsX was made specifically for Apple and one of the best features is not having to have 18 cables to charge it, we can use the lightning cable to charge our phones, ipads, earbuds, etc. Now I have to remember to bring ANOTHER stupid charger. Yes, I know it's minor, but it is quite annoying.
Overall, if I would've answered this survey a month ago, you would've seen far different responses, but I am VERY pleased with the Flex and intend to buy another set someday...

My absolute favorite, I have 3 colors and refuse to buy any other. The batter life is bomb and because I always lose stuff the yellow and blue color is easy for spot when I take them off. I don’t have to worry about losing a bud because they are attached. They are also lightweight.

I work as a saw operator in a saw mill. I listen to music all day at work because there are many saws and so much noise. I like these earphones but a couple of things that really disappoint me. So the amount of hours they last is a big stipulation for me and these are advertised to work for 11 hours. INCORRECT. They don't even make an 8 hour shift they are dying or are dead by the 7th hour which means now I have to switch headphones out. The volume also is a downfall for me they don't seem to go as loud as I would have liked them to. They are ok for someone who is working out or in a gym I would say but for what I use them for I would not purchase these again unfortunately. So out of nowhere I will put them on pause and they will not play again by touching the button I have to go get my phone and as soon as I touch the screen they will continue and they will just disconnect out of nowhere and 3 mins later they reconnect. I am not that happy with these earphones

I personally prefer this type if earbud because I dont care to deal with carrying around a tiny case or potentially losing one like you could with an airpod style bud, I work in a loud and very active shop environment and these accept noise canceling foam tips so theyre perfect for at work for both ear pro and having something to listen to on the job, for the price point the overall quality is great and the sound is actually pretty good for the price point, im going on 2 years of regular daily use with my current pair and the only things that kinda annoys me is they only chime when you connect or disconnect from bluetooth so sometimes its hard to tell if theyre turned on or not, outside of that I have no complaints.

Surprisingly good sound for the price. Stays easily around the neck (I've lost too many earbuds to go without something keeping them on my neck). Sometimes doesn't sync as easily as I'd like, but they're a great value. Apple's regular headphones tend to fall out of my ears, and these work great.

Im old fashioned. I believe in corded headphones. These are Bluetooth to boot. There are other more expensive ones, but the sound quality on these is up there with the other name brands plus, the price is very reasonable. Love the easy set up. Have my phone and MP3 player set up with them. Last about 10 hour on 1 charge, does not take long to recharge. Easy to reach Adjusting volume controls on the cord. Highly recommend.
