These earphones are good with sound quality and battery life! Doesn’t take long to charge. Just wish they had a little bit better bass

I needed small headphones for my wife and I that would work great in my motorcycle helmet and these are great for that. I also like how balanced they are and I don't have to continually shift the cord around on my neck. These little headphones are great for their size if and only if you use the largest ear buds you can to seal the sound in. I originally used the medium buds and the sound from these was pretty terrible. I then did some research online because I couldn't believe that they would put out a product that produced such bad sound. I found that if you use the large buds then the seal on your ear is true and the sound produced from the headphones is represented much MUCH better. I was going to return these until I did this, now I love them.

Was worried about buying refurb headphones instead of shelling out extra cash for a new set. Ended up going cheap and I'm happy with the purchase. They are just like brand new and had everything included. The sound quality is nice and they are really light around the next so you don't really notice them. I wear them all day while at work for when I need to make a quick call or have a few mins where I can listen to music or podcast. The battery doesn't last as long as my Samsung level up but they get me through the workday. The long press power button instead of a switch always annoyed me with beats but not a deal breaker. I recommend saving the money and going with these refurbished ones.

use these for running- they have all the right qualities: fit my ears nicely, stay in (pretty well, sometimes pop out) and are comfy around the neck. seem to have decent battery life- but honestly i charge them between runs so not sure the number of hours they last before dying at mod volume.

Sounds great- with the right size ear bud rubber. So light and lasts a long time. Would buy again

Simply put, wow! I love these things! Excellent sound, easy to use and connect to devices and actually comfortable enough to sleep in! I don’t have money falling out my pockets but I decided to splurge on these as a nice not cheap pair and I’m so glad I did. They’re awesome for working out, waiting in the car for kids and falling asleep to audiobooks at night. While they aren’t exactly cheap they aren’t the most expensive pair out there either but honestly, I don’t think I need those. These little babies do everything I want and they’re noise cancelling too! If you’re on the fence and you’re like me and don’t fork over money unless you’re pretty sure it’s something you can use and will be worth your hard earned cash, believe me, these are totally worth every penny:)

Beats brand has a good reputation for offering quality sound but these wireless headphones don't offer the best sound experience. The sound is a bit too sharp and scratchy and, surprisingly, not a lot of base for a beats branded headphones set. What i did like about them is the design, comfort and connectivity. Wearing and using the headphones is very comfortable and battery life is very good. It also has a quick charge feature where you can get hours of listening time from a few minutes of charge. They are also very simple to connect to devices, especially apple products, where it is almost instantaneous. Build quality is also very good and comes with additional earbud sizes and attachments to get the best fit. They are not water proof however. So if you are not as specific about sound quality these will work for you. They sound good but not great. You would mainly notice a difference if you start listening to and comparing with other quality headphones. Other than that, they're considered really good in almost every other aspect. If you are however an audiophile and really specific about the sound quality, or need a lot of base, you will not be satisfied. I personally went for the Jaybird X3.

These earbuds are fairly comfortable and sound great. It took a little trial and error to get them fitted, but once I found the right combination of tips and hooks they stay in my ears pretty well. Would not have paid $150 for them but at the refurbished price they are a good value.

Let's start with the cord length as some folks hate how long it it. I like it because i can swivel my head left to right without the cord pulling me in either direction. The sound quality is good, not great. Wish it had a bit more bass to it. Pairing with my iPhone is as easy as pushing the button on the headphones for 2 secs and then accepting "pairing" on the screen that pops on the iPhone. Overall I'm very happy with this product.

I have purchased several different brands of wireless headphones, including truly wireless ones. These are one of my favorite pair. They have great sound quality and are lightweight enough to wear all day. The battery only lasts for about 5 1/2 hours for me if you have the volume up any higher than the minimum, but they charge with your iPhone charger and I usually only need to plug them in for 10 minutes to get a 50% charge.

I'm not a big apple person only product I own are these. I have had these about 2 years. Love the sound, easy to wear, and stay in ear for my morning Runs/walks. Comfortable! Get about 4 hours out of the battery.

After doing some research, I decided the Beats X would best meet my needs.I have used them while working out and travel. These have worked well in all situations with good sound quality. These can't compete with full size over ear headphones, but they are not expected to perform that well. Best Buy had a great price on these refurbished units. They came in original packaging with all accessories.

This is my second set of earbuds. I got these to keep at work. I saw they had refurbished ones so I gave them a shot and they came in original packaging and appeared brand new. Great sound, fast charging, comfortable to wear. Highly recommend

Sound is good but lack bass. Fit comfortably for me. Work great with my iPhone X.

Best headphones I’ve used. I would recommend them to anyone. The price tag is heavy so getting them refurbished is a no brainer. They charge to 100% in 30ish minutes. They last 8 hours, and connect to my GF’s pixel, and my iPhone no problem.

This is my first pair of wireless earbuds/headphones and I cannot believe I've gone this one without them! Since I have nothing else to compare them to other than the factory set (iPhone) I received with my phone, I think the are fantastic! I have not used them during a hard workout but I use them almost every day at my desk and have used them on walks. Sound quality seems really good and they do seem to cancel out a lot of noise around me which is great. I think the battery life seems good, they also have a quick charge feature that seems to help get me through the whole day at work! I do feel like the cords are a little stiff in comparison to what I'm used to so sometimes that is a little bothersome but otherwise I am a fan!! I use these to listen to music and audio books

I got these as an alternative to the earbuds that always come with iPhones because those always bother my ears. These have several different sized interchangeable squishy buds which feel great and fit perfectly. The sound quality is what you would expect from the Beats brand. I feel that they sit comfortably around. The neck and don't move around too much when I do.

I have lost and bought these headphones 3 times over. They charge quickly, play incredible sound and fit securely. Great for audio and phone calls. A must buy!

I gifted a new piece to my uncle which were good enough. The sound quality is good, easily accessible and he wanted it primarily for office use. I bought another pair, which is this one (the refurbished one) and it works equally well. Physical condition was good and even the sound quality stayed as good as the new one.

These earphones purchased via Best Buy's refurbished sales have been excellent. Set up with my iPhone was extremely easy. The phone detected them right away and popped up a selection asking if Wanted house them, and it was done. Via Apple's iCloud service, that was sent to all my other Apple devices, so the earphones were immediately available to them, also. Very handy! Sound on these is decent. The earphones comes with three different styles of rubber tips so you can customize the sound type to your liking. The cone type sounded more treble to me, while the larger ones I use provide more bass sound. Wingtips are also provided to put on also to make them more secure in your ears. The rubberized cord feels nice around my neck, although it seems to hang weirdly when I'm listening -- but I don't have to look at them, so, whatever. :) Well worth the sale money!
