I have a pair of AirPods Pro but was looking for something with a longer battery life that still works seamlessly with my Apple products. This is it. Some people have talked about the wings on the earpiece being uncomfortable, but I didn’t have any issue. They fit great and stay in. Connected with zero issue to my iPhone. Opened the case and they showed up right away. The setup walked me through the steps quickly. Sound quality is great and I love that i can select noice cancelling or transparent sound, surround sound or spacial sounds, etc. The increased battery life over the AirPods Pro is great. I’ve easily listened for 8 hours with no problem on regular sound. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5…I didn’t receive any packaging. I bought a pair of PowerBeats a week earlier and received a like new product with all the original packaging. This one came and it was just the beats fit pro case with the earbuds and a cord and the ear tips. The product itself was in excellent condition so I didn’t want to risk getting a product with any cosmetic defects in exchange for the packaging. I like to have the packaging and if I had intended these for a gift that would be weird. But all in all, a great purchase and good price. A little bigger than AirPods Pro, and not as many options for cases. I found a clear case on Amazon and have already personalized them. So I’m happy and they feel like “me”.

They are super cute for a female soft color and also it’s soft rubber that gentle on ears!! Sound perfect and reception also good not like promoted everywhere brands - much more better!!!!

The connect ability is really good, the sound quality is great, so is the fit. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars for me is they aren’t super comfortable to wear all day long. The quality of everything is great though!

The Sound is great quality. After three or four hours, they do seem to bother my ears a little. But they do stay put, which is great.

These are way better than AirPods! I’ve never cared for the look of AirPods and how they only come in one color, and I’ve always thought the price was not worth it at all. After using these for a couple weeks, I can say they perform pretty similar to AirPods, but were more affordable and look and feel way better. One thing however, the lid on the case is a little wiggly.

I got these headphones when my old ones took a dive. They were certified refurbished, but work perfectly. The only bad reason I have them 4 stars, is because when I received them, they did not come with a charger or the medium sized eat bud covers. I had to go into Best Buy for that, which was no issue. Just inconvenient.

This was an awesome deal I got these earbuds refurbished for half price and but they were missing the ear tips however Best Buy customer service did not off the price it was going to cost me to order them from Apple so it's all good. They looked like new and work perfectly.

Very good earbuds easy connection. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they didn't have small eartip in the box. But I would recommend.

Good headphones great sound great quality not for all day use but great for couple hours

Loved everything about it except foe the fact that it was missing the small eartips. But got a partial refund of $10.

they work just like regular air pod pros and studio beats but they don’t fall out my ears at out. it’s a secured fit but after awhile they get uncomfortable to wear so i’m forced to take them out even if i don’t need to charge them. other than that they’re pretty reliable and easy to use.

This review is for the Best Buy Refurbished program. I am not rating the product itself (check out YouTube for that). Overall, I’m pleased with the packaging, delivery time, and the products performance and appearance. Quick and Easy setup for iPhone and Apple Watch. I am upset that it only included 2 sets of ear tips NOT 3 as they do when shipped by Apple. Best Buy should NOT advertise 3 sets of they only send 2 sets. Also, missing all documentation and stickers that usually ship with the product.

The connectivity can be spotty, but any problems I’ve had are in the same locations where I’ve had problems with all Bluetooth headphones. I’m picky about the fit of earbuds and I really like these. I mostly wear these the gym they stay in place and are super comfy. I wasn’t sure how they’d fair over the noise at the gym w/o noise cancelling, but the sound is pretty solid.

Great sound and amazing features... have spotty connection from time to time but worth the price. Excellent battery life and secure, comfortable fit.

My only gripe is lack of wireless charging. Based on price and release date these should definitely have included wireless charging. Beyond that, the fit is great, sound is great, and active noise cancelling is the best I've tried. Battery life is exceptional, and they stay in place perfectly to the point the entire time I'm at the gym I never once have to adjust them. I've tried several different buds, and all I ever use anymore are these and my Samsung Galaxy Buds Live. I bought these as refurbished, and they arrived clean and packaged like new.

Its been one year since I owned them and they are incredible. Amazing battery life as I use for two hours everyday and only have to charge once per week. Amazing sound and noise canceling plus they stay in really well. One downside is that it could get uncomfortable and give you a headache sometimes.

I only use these when I am at the gym. They provide great noise cancellation and nice deep base. They do get uncomfortable after a while so I don’t recommend for plane rides or sleeping for that matter. I also have some dropped connections sometimes but it’s not too much of a hassle.

Great sound felt great in ear, but only kept for 2 days issues with Android losing connection. Factory reset exchanged for a new pair same issue. My friend has them no issues, but has an iPhone.
