    Thought I had a good chance of getting a good pair of refurbished headphones since all the reviews are great, but I guess I was that one exception. The volume was not even on both sides--the left ear was WAY louder than the right ear. I tried to reset it on my own but no luck. I went into the best buy store and Geek Squad didn't even bother looking at it. The rep said I'm better off returning it and getting a new one.
