Excellent sound and super easy to pair Bluetooth. Bought a 2nd pair!

I was nervous purchasing these because they were refurbished however after receiving them I was pleased. Everything came with them and they work great. They fit in my ears comfortably when working out and do no fall out or get in the way! They connect easily to my old phone via bluetooth and I don't have to worry about wasting data! definitely recommend.

The sounds is awesome. Fits in my ears well. Bluetooth is a plus.

Hold a good charge and sound good when properly inserted in ears

I always have trouble with my phone being in my pocket when I Lift but I use it for my music. I also have issues with pulling my headphones out by catching the cord. But with the Bluetooth connectivity, I can set my phone off to the side with my bag and just get go. Plus the price was unbeatable being factory refurbished. Love the product and purchase!

It's a great product but when I'm on the phone people can't really hear me because the mic isn't close to my mouth. But overall it's a great product, the quality is great.

This is my first time buying a refurbished product from Geek Squad and I love this. I got a break on the price and the product seems new. I love that they included replacement ear buds as well. Great service and the sound quality is exactly as I remember. I will definitely consider refurbished products certified by Geek Squad in the future.

The product is great and I like the sound quality wish it was a litter easer to turn on and it would be better if there was a voice that say your bluetooth is on or off.

I was skeptical of Beats since I have read mixed reviews, but for the price of these refurbished wireless earbuds, I couldn't not try them out. I am very impressed with the sound quality of these, not boomy like I had heard Beats could be. Just nice clean, clean sound. Balanced highs and lows. These arrived and looked brand new. Couldn't be happier!

FIrst pair short circuit... second pair I have problem with on off button and battery problem. other than manufactures issues sounds great when working properly
