I love it! I use it every day. I get attention when I wear it. I can't workout without it. Good for traveling. It can be fold, which is what I liked about it. Simply, it is indeed one of the best purchases I've made in a while.

    Truly Beats

Beats has delivered yet again. Famous for its base heavy sound, these new limited edition headphones carry the legacy of Beats ahead. Sounds really great with a good sound clarity along with base, unlike the other beats range infamous for its sound clarity. Headphones are very light and at he same time durable too. Comes with a very attractive case and two connecting wires. As a student I got a discount for this deal, but still I will recommend to go for it even at this price tag. These headphones are really worth for each penny you pay.

    Best of the Pro's & Studio's combined

I had the Pro's, which blew these away in the looks & sound dept. These almost sound as good as the Studio's. But the Studio's leak so much and requires batteries...really????? Batteries? But they sounded great and felt great. The Pro's blew everything away. But comfort was an issue. And no ControlTalk. I did a video review on the white and black pair. The Mixr's got the best of both Studio's & Pro's. Mixr's do not leak very much, like the Studio's do.

Beats by Dr. Dre - Beats Mixr On-Ear Headphones - Black…Took me forever to finally purchase a pair cause the price was a bit high for me. But, now that I have them, I use them every day, and I haven't parted with them. I like that they cord rips right out of the head set if yanked. That leads to less damage. They are loud as heck. I also love how they block out surrounding noises. They are very comfortable the cushioning. As well, they fit my head and my ears comfortably. I exercise with mine on. I sprint with them on as well. they never fall off. Sweat doesn't impair the fit either. Really well put together product. I don't know how to use the volume up and down button though. Overall, I give it a 5 out of 5 for real for real.

I got these when they were on sale in daily deal. They sound great and are pretty comfortable. My only real con is that they aren't comfortable for long periods of time. Great sound compared to your standard headphones that come with phones. Buy on sale. I've heard other speakers that are just as good and cost less. You are also paying for the style. It's pretty stylish. If you have the money to splurge get them. They are great at $130 and below. Not worth $299

I absolutely love my headphones. Their light and an ease to use everyday. Compared to the sony x which is $50 higher, these win hands down. Just enough bass without losing the highs or lows. The inner red piece did come off during a trip to the Bahamas, but I have the warranty on them so I was able to get a new pair once I made it back home. Their not as heavy as the bigger brothers such as the studios which require batteries or the pros but they still deliver the punch. And compared to the hd solo, not comparison. Very satisfied........

These are very sturdy, great sounding, cans! Lows and mids are clear and even, no matter what the genre of music. Bass is low and deep with very minimal distortion, even at high volumes. Headphones are made very sturdy, and are even a little stiff feeling until you break them in. Only complaint is when trying to wear the headband behind your head, they tend to want to slip off your ears, otherwise great headphones. Comfortable to wear for long periods unless you have a larger head, if so, May take some mild flexing of the band to stretch it and break them in quicker.

These are by far the Best Headphones I have ever heard. @ Best Buy, they had the "Beats" Line-Up to Side by Side, from the dame source at the same level. "Pros", "Studio", "Mixr" & "Solo" The Beats Mixr Headphones Sounded Better than the "Beats Pro" Headphones. Crisp High End Freq, Solid Non-Distorted Bass, & Louder than All. HB

Great sounding headphones that you never have to worry about charging. I own a pair of beats studio, they sound great, but they just don't last before you have to recharge again, and that's an inconvenience. These sound great, not too big on my head, and sound great. They also look cool.

Ok listen up. This is a REAL review on the beat mixrs. They have currently changed the comfort of the headphone. They are not uncomfortable anymore. Perfect fit. They sound great. I compared them to the solo hd beats. Mixrs by far are better. They sound better than studios. The studio headphone have only a little more bass. The mixr headphones are the nicest looking headphones. Buy them

These replaced a pair of Beats Solo HD's which the electronics plug in at the headphone disengaged inside. The Best buy warranty program covered them so we upgraded and we are very happy we did!!!! Those HD's sounded great but these mixr's are well beyond those! These mixr's are way more durable, muffle outside sound and I can even mow the lawn with them which I could 't do with the HD's. They are small and good enough to workout in and stay in place. The slide over ear muff is perfect when needing to hear something outside the headphones or to have a conversation while busy listening to my music. These get double duty by me and my daughter who wears them to and from school every day and more. We primarily listen to EDM and Hip Hop along with almost anything else. Everything is clear and the base kicks. These also get way super loud and since they were designed for and used by DJ David Geutta, expect nothing less than the best headphones you could ever want..... :) I want a second pair for myself. Best headphones ever!!!

The build of this headphone is almost comparable to that of the Beats Pro with the metal casting, but lighter weight. The headphone maintains the highs and mids while offering a tighter cleaner bass and treble. it doesn't require a battery like the Studios. The ear cups swivel through 180 degrees. The band across the top is plastic and tight. You need to break them in a bit. It comes with two cords and a case. Not perfect and a bit expensive, but these are solid headphones.

I got these for my wife as a Christmas gift. I don't know that I would have been looking at these at their normal price, but I caught them on sale. She loves them and wears them much more often than any past headphones because they stay in place, fit great, and sound fantastic. One thing that's a plus for the music, but can be a bit undesired in some situations, is that they completely block outside sound so you have to pay extra attention to your surroundings when you may otherwise rely on some of that outside sound being heard. Again, the sound quality is excellent which is exactly what you want with a pair of headphones at this price point.
