These fit the bill perfectly and got them for a great price as they were being discontinued and were an open box item!

Awesome gift

My daughter has used them every day since Christmas and said that the sound quality is so much better than the first pair she had. The previous pair is about 5 years old and had been well used by the time she got the new pair for Christmas this year. I would recommend this product to anyone.
