Losing quality

It broke twice in one month from purchase and had to get Apple to replace. It is not replaced with new product but only a refurbished unit. I have known several people that the volume/mic adjuster has fallen apart on them.

He has the wired ones and loved them so we figured we couldn't go wrong. These are great. I actually went back the next week and bought myself a pair! Great sound and great Bluetooth signal!

Even considering the sale price , I say "nah.." I just don't see the justification for the asking price . I would maybe think they are worth 50 but not more . I guess , prime example of paying for a name .
