Had an issue after having them for around a year, Best Buy took care of it! The extra insurance was handy, not that expensive (totally worth it) and uncomplicated. He got a new pair that they replaced and is still using them!

I love these headphones

I bought these headphones because they would go in the ear and had the ear loops to hold on during a jog. They have been great so far! I have used them for several runs now and they fit comfortably and they stay on, unlike some of the other headphones that I had tried.
