People like to hate on Beats sometimes and maybe I got lucky and just got a great pair but these babies work. Take that how you will.

Great Headphones for an active person

These have a good sound and are my second set of Beats headphones. The Sound quality is what I expected for a headphone of this price level.

I tried several other products but chose these because of the fit and the fact that they stayed in place regardless of the activity that i did. Connection is easy and I have had no issues to date.

Only had one issue where the audio cut out and a loud screeching sound happened, but it was easily correctable. Just had to reset it.

Bought this pair for a family member. I did experience an issue with them and had to send them to Apple, but the process was relatively painless.

Unfortunately The earbuds I purchased did not charge initially at all so I had to return to Best Buy and they happily exchanged it for another one that worked perfectly.
