Riding my bike or working out, they never restrict my movements.

Ok But not Worth $199.

Once charged I connected them to my phone to test them. I compared these to a pair of $30 Bluetooth earbuds and the comparisons weren't even close. The $30 pair sounded extremely better. I changed the ear cushions several times which definitely improved the sound but at $199 don't waste the money. I paid $90 and still would not recommend them. There are much better options at a third the cost of these.
