Sound isn't what I thought because the earpieces are too big for my ears. Tried the smaller fittings and still not impressed. They don't stay in my ears very well, back to drawing board.

This are ok. I purchase a pair and I could get any sound from one side. I exchanged them for another one and they have been fine. Just dont get a defective pair and they will be great.

Bought these headphones for $30 with rebates and gift cards. Wife had her other Beats stolen from the car so we got another because she loved the feel and comfort of these headphones.

For the price of these headphones I would have expected more to them, the sound is mediocre and you can't control calls with them. My Jabra Pulse sound better and have more functions

I'm highly disappointed with these Beats wireless earbuds. Mainly because there is an abundance of static and cutting off when I'm doing basic things like mowing the lawn or jogging.

Well, I'll be honest within a month of using them the option to answer calls has stopped working! Best Buy no longer offers warranty on the electronic products for beats...no Bueno.

I bought these for my wife. I personally think there are better ear buds on the market now. Beats qualty has declined since its first release..

After having after maybe a year and a half, this item just quit working all together. Okay for price I guess, but would have looked to get more extended use of them.

I brought a pair for myself and another for my boyfriend. I didn't care for the battery life. I wish they lasted longer... However my boyfriend loves them. Great for gym time

Just brought the wireless and it won't charge less than a month And u have to deal with apple and wait till they fix it or get a new one …

I got these for my husband and had to have then replaced twice. Both times for not charging. I have a pair in pink that work just fine. Not sure what was wrong with his pair.

Audio drops out sometimes or skips. This happens even when youre walking with your phone in the pocket so it's not really the distance that matters for this bluetooth device.

I bought these 18 months ago and the battery/bluetooth stop working. Couldn't figure out the problem. So I bought new ones. So far work great. Hoping this set lasts longer.

Love the Beats brand but these could be better. Biggest issue is battery life. For the price I expected the battery to last longer than it does. Other than that, great for running

Its better to buy 10 dollar headphones. I thought my first headphones are broken. Even after exchanging it has same low sound issue.

these were a gift, they worked good as far as sound, they just weren't comfortable for me to wear. I'm more of a headphone girl.

The other day, the volume control button stopped working. Then I noticed the volume would turn all the way down and mute the sound. Yesterday, after charging them and using them for about 30 minutes, the volume turned all the way up... Thankfully I noticed the volume increasing.. I felt like they could've blown out my eardrums!!! These were purchased Oct 2015 ..10 months in and without frequent use..not worth nearly $200.

Had them for 30 days and now they do not work. Seems to have same problem with many other customers. Were the best Ive had, until now.

Very excited to get the these headphones! they worked really well for a few months then started losing signal and getting spotty reception. by 6 months - have to take them in.
