Problems with durability

I have had these for months and to be honest I have spent more time waiting to get them back from being sent out for repair than I have actually using them. They are perfect for working out and have good sound but every time I turn around something else has gone wrong.

My wife has been thanking me ever since and uses them daily - if not for her music - for her many phone calls in between.
